Was thinking of calling this post, Good Things Don't Last.. but decided that it's just too negative.

Well, what can I say?

In the past 1 and a half years, my life has changed totally. And you were always there, pushing me to do better. And now the time has come for us to say goodbye. Let's not look back in sadness.
