I am starting to detest watching the news.

It seems that as soon as I randomly channel surf to any news station, flip open the day's papers or click on a potentially interesting MSN or Yahoo headline it would inevitably bring up the gloom and doom of the current economic crisis.

Just mentioning those last 3 words is enough to make me cringe.

Stock market charts so erratic it resembles abstract art, endless loops of the word 'recession', and bits of information like how the 3 biggest American car makers are on financially shaky ground.

The papers are calling it the Second Great Depression.

Now, this is fraying my nerves because I am giving serious thought to executing Operation Selfish Freedom.

There's an extremely high probability that I will be getting the 5D2 tomorrow.

I had a unit reserved almost out of the blue.

It's making me nervous because it's a huge chuck of money and I'm not sure any good would come out of it.

My preference in music has gotten quite random.

I kind of missed the days when it was very specific.

I need a reset button.
